Single Tour

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via an official document sent by email .

If the cancellation is made more than 40 days before the departure date, a 6% deduction will be applied from the total paid amount to cover banking and transaction fees.

In case of cancellation by any participant, the following charges will apply:

• 15 to 30 days before arrival:
  25% of the total tour price will be charged.

• 7 to 14 days before arrival:
  50% of the total tour price will be charged.

• 4 to 7 days before arrival:
  75% of the total tour price will be charged.

• 1 day to 3 days before arrival:
  100% of the total tour price will be charged (no refund).
